Bag Dump Stations

Two models available that provide a clean economical, dust controlled environment. The Model #19 can be mounted on a conveyor or as a mixer loading bag dump. The Model #12 is a totally self contained bag dump with twin filter cartridges. Both are available in mild or stainless steel.

Custom and standard hoppers, mezzanines and surge bins are designed and manufactured to fit your S. Howes and other processing equipment. The complementing components increase accessibility and minimize waste in your processing system.

Bagging Scale

Easy-To-Use - a pull on the crossbar opens the feed gate allowing material to flow through the scale and into the bag, filling and weighing at the same time. Small size can handle 25 and 50 lb. bags, larger model can handle up to 100 pound bags – each at 360 bags per hour. No electrical hook-up required!

Custom metal fabrications, machined components, transition pieces, etc., are available. Let our mechanical or process engineers custom design virtually any piece or part for your processing needs. We maintain a separate division dedicated to job shop fabrication.
