Volumetric Feeders
Efficient material handling solutions: S. Howes’ Custom Feeders & Process Systems
S. Howes’ feeders convey, distribute, and transport materials from one step in a process line to another in a controlled and efficient manner. Our bulk solids and material handling feeders feature a proven screw design to provide a continuous uniform flow of materials to downstream processes.
Screw feeders can be customized with several shaft seals, including mechanical, double lip, standard or packing gland, and packing gland with lantern ring. Hopper design options include our standard hopper, thru-flow, conical, and other custom designs, such as self-unloading hoppers. Standard agitator designs include single-spiked, twin-spiked, or ribbon-style agitators, and custom-engineered agitators are available.
S. Howes delivers custom feeding solutions and complete process systems for the most demanding materials.
