• All surfaces polished to 80 grit finish
• Product contact welds continuous, polished to 80 grit
• Non product contact welds intermittent, polished to 80 grit, gaps filled with Devcon
• Flanged inlet and outlet
• 12″ x 17.5″ Inside dimensions
• 1-1/2″ square solid shafts with square pins, rotary and fixed designed to intermesh
• Counter-rotating gear connecting drive, oil bath lubrication with oil tight enclosed guard
• Shaft speeds – Slow speed shaft 354 RPM and High speed shaft 513 RPM
• Flanged bearings on shafts
• 5 H.P., TEFC, 1800 RPM, 3/60/230-460 Standard duty motor
• Belt and sheave speed reduction with OSHA approved guards
• Exterior mild steel surfaces painted one (1) coat each primer and S. Howes standard blue
